How to pay bills?

After successfully created Patient, Treatment & Bills than only you can process for payment against bills per the following steps

 

Step 1

click on the ‘Patient’ module.

Select ‘Patient’ from the dropdown that appears. A search box will open up there.

You can search for patients using multiple criteria:

  • Patient name: Enter the patient’s name in the search bar. Select the patient and press enter to go to that patient’s profile. Open Patient Profile, Click on “Payments” option from Menu bar

Select the payment option from the Mode of Payment

Enter the receive amount,

How to create Bill for your patients?

Step 1

“Add Treatment” page will open, kindly fill following details :

  • Dr. Incharge name: Select the Dr. Incharge Name from the dropdown the appears.
  • Date : Fill the date
  • Treatment type : After clicking on Treatment type field, List of Treatment Name will appears which you having in your application. If Treatment not in the list? You can click add more treatment link in below appear.
  • Tooth : After click on Add tooth button, Tooth structure will open. Select tooth from the dialog box. After selected tooth, press Add button.
  • Enter Treatment cost
  • Enter Discount if any
  • You can write Notes by clicking onicon1
  • Click on “Save “button

Click on Bill Button from Menu bar, Bill Page will open, click Generate Bill button

Click on “Generate Bill”. Bill will generate

Workflow chart – Engaged –Complete area

Step 1

Click on the ‘Appointment’ module.

Select ‘Appointment’ option from the dropdown that appears.

For Schedule to Waiting Area

  • kindly note: if appointment is not created than scheduled button will be non clickable and it will show count as ” 0 “
  • Click on “Scheduled” button which is located on right side of the screen. Scheduled patient list will appear
  • Click on “Check-in” button. Patient schedule will move from schedule to waiting. You can check by click on “Waiting” button.

For Waiting to Engaged Area

Click on “Waiting” button. Waiting Patient list will appear. You click on “Engaged” button patient will engaged for treatment.

For Waiting to Engaged Area

Click on “Complete” button. Patient will move from Engaged to Completed list. You can check when click on “Complete” button which is located on right side of the screen.

Click on icon4button which is located below the row, Direct –check in page will open.

Select Radio button of New Patient,

  • Patient :Enter New Patient name
  • Mobile :Enter Mobile number
  • Doctor: You search for Doctor using below criteria in Doctor field :
    Doctor name: Enter the Doctor’s name in the search bar
    Select the “Doctor” from drop down list
  • Notes : You can add short note i.e. Appointment Reason
  • Notification : If you want to send SMS to Patient for appointment schedule than click on “On” button otherwise click on “Off” button.

After all information added you can click on “SAVE” button

  • Notes : You can add short note i.e. Appointment Reason
